BACH HOUSE PROJECT

This project was awarded the Sunshine Coast Master Builders excellence award 2019 for best individual home in its category. The Bach house was a difficult construction, situated on a steep sandy slope with no access on a narrow one way road. The project was built in several stages from the base up, to allow machinery and access to the top level, then working our way back down to completion. Raw materials including timber, steel, raw block and concrete have been used throughout the build. This house that was designed to cater for a young family who loves to entertain, as well as housing relatives from overseas. It comprises 3 bedrooms, guest suite, self contained bedroom/office, 3 ensuites, a  shared bathroom, 2 powder rooms, double lockup garage and pool on central level. 
Facing west, all aspects of the house have been designed to capture the amazing views.
